Eat to live!

I sea food, I sea food! Sea food is and will be my favorite, this weekend I made what I call CatClam soup!  That is Catfish and clam soup! The recipe is quite simple, delectable and perfect on a cold or warm day alike!

Serves 4

Ingredients:    1/4 lb  Catfish Nuggets
		1/2 lb Clams
		1/2 quartered tomato
		1/2 quartered red onion
		3 medium diced carrots
		2 red medium diced red potatoes
		6 cut broccoli florets
		3 cut stalks of celery
		3 quartered tomatillos
		2 small cut zucchini
		2  cut garlic cloves
		Sea salt, pepper cayenne and dill to taste

		In medium pot add 2 quarts of water on high heat , add all 
		veggies and spices except zucchini and bring to boil. 
		 Note: add zucchini when water is simmering.  Once water
		boils add catfish and clams and turn heat down to low and
		let simmer for 15 mins.
